OneTest™ for Cancer Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing OneTest™ for Cancer. We are dedicated to ensuring a smooth and efficient process for the shipping of our products. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our procedures for shipping and delivery.

Shipping and Handling

We ship our cancer screening kits to customers within the United States using standard ground shipping and require express return shipping via FEDEX. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours after payment is confirmed, and delivery generally takes 3-7 business days depending on location.

For delivery to P.O. Box addresses, we ship our tests via USPS standard ground shipping.

In order to ensure a successful delivery of your sample, please follow all shipping instructions provided in your OneTest Kit.

Any samples that arrive later than 72 hours from draw will be discarded and rendered invalid. When shipping using our express return, make sure you ship your test no later than 24 hours from the time your blood is drawn.

Please note that our mail carriers do not ship on weekends or holidays, and any orders received on those days will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates*

We require a flat Round trip shipping fee of $29.99 USD on all orders of OneTest products delivered to addresses located within the United States. Due to the biological components of the test (blood, plasma, test tube medium) we require express return shipping from your location to ensure your test is valid and can be processed. The return shipping label will be included within your OneTest Kit, and the necessary return shipping instructions are listed there.  

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number for your package. You may use this tracking number to follow your package’s progress on the carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that occur during shipping. We advise customers to contact the carrier of their package should they experience any loss or damage during shipment.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship our products within the United States and Minor Outlying Islands. We do not currently offer international shipping.
