Refund and Replacement Policy
Requesting a Refund for Unused Test Kits
To request a refund for an unused test kit, you must notify us within thirty (30) days of placing your order in OneTest for Cancer’s online store and confirm that you have not shipped your blood specimen sample to our laboratory.
IMPORTANT
– A $20 fee will be deducted to cover the cost of the test kit and the shipping.
– Unused kits cannot be returned and should disposed of or recycled.
– No refunds will be issued after thirty (30) days.
Test kits purchased at a conference or event are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated at the point of sale.
OneTest for Cancer Test Kit Replacement Policy
We encourage customers to provide their sample before the “tube expiration” date on the side of the collection tube.
Free sample collection kit replacement will be offered if you meet one or more of the following criteria:
– The sample collection kit has expired
– The kit is damaged, delayed or lost during shipment processes
– The kit is delivered to you with missing item(s), for example a missing tube
Please note customers may be subject to a replacement fee.

Updates to Policy
We reserve the right to update this cancellation and returns policy from time to time, in order to reflect changes to our business practices or legal requirements. If we make any material changes to this policy, we will post a notice on our website or notify you by email.
