Customer blood collection appointments should be scheduled only Monday-Thursdays from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm and Fridays before 3:00 pm to ensure samples can be picked up and delivered to the lab within 24 hours..

Medical courier pickup should be scheduled immediately after completing specimen collection to ensure courier can complete pickup before pharmacy closes for the day.
