Your order has been placed.  Please follow these steps:

You will receive an email with an order confirmation.

In approximately 24 hours, you will receive another email with a customized OneTest Order Form.  You should print out this document and bring with you when you visit the pharmacy.

After you receive the form by email, contact the pharmacy by phone to schedule your capillary specimen collection appointment.
