Liver function tests: Recommended for individuals with risk factors for liver cancer or symptoms suggestive of liver dysfunction.
Imaging tests (ultrasound, CT scan, MRI): Recommended for individuals with risk factors for liver cancer or symptoms suggestive of liver dysfunction
Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) blood test: Recommended for individuals with risk factors for liver cancer or symptoms suggestive of liver dysfunction.
Next Exam(s) To Do
Liver ultrasound: If OneTest indicates elevated predictive risk for liver cancer, a liver ultrasound would be performed for further evaluation. This imaging test can detect liver nodules or masses that may be indicative of liver cancer. Ultrasound-guided biopsy may be needed for diagnosis.
